        Last day of the quarter at work. Was at work until midnight.

        Just completed five on the list today. Pull-ups, tabata, this journal, family and friends.

        The list in the Daily activity reminder has 21 items. It is not reasonable to have progress on all 21 items every day. I think a reasonable goal is 10 items every day. We will see how it goes. Today (Sunday) I made progress on 12 items and am happy with that. All 12 items were easy to do and would h

        Today I bought and started reading "The Slight Edge". I am now at Chapter 12 and 85% through the book. I spent a lot of the day reading and not doing but I did do some things to celebrate:
