What are my wants?

This is the starting point for a simpler life. Here I want to list the essentials that I need. Another post will document some of the don't wants!

A small rental home with the minimum of responsibilities: Living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, computer desk, storage/garage/parking space.

A few material items an inexpensive car (maybe a small sports car)

Computer/internet/printer/copier/scanner.
