Last day of the quarter at work. Was at work until midnight.
Just completed five on the list today. Pull-ups, tabata, this journal, family and friends.
Short journal as it's already 12:40 am.

The list in the Daily activity reminder has 21 items. It is not reasonable to have progress on all 21 items every day. I think a reasonable goal is 10 items every day. We will see how it goes. Today (Sunday) I made progress on 12 items and am happy with that. All 12 items were easy to do and would have been easy not to do. I made progress on 4 of the 5 dreams and 6 of the 9 Life items.
I talked for 90 minutes with Deb in CA, chatted with Ron. Texted with Diane and Deb and called Maggie before her flight home. I worked on trading, guitar, pull-ups and squat tabata. I paid bills and trasferred money to savings and my new single account. I made a healthy sadwich for lunch and cooked a healthy dinner. Although I didn't read 10 pages, I did watch some inspirational youtube videos.
All in all a good day

Today I bought and started reading "The Slight Edge". I am now at Chapter 12 and 85% through the book. I spent a lot of the day reading and not doing but I did do some things to celebrate:
- I bought the book
- I read the book
- I worked the exercises
- I started this journal
- I wrote down 5 dreams, complete with a starting plan and completion date!

This is the first entry of my Self Reflection journal. The purpose is to write down at the end of each day the things that I have done to move me forward in all areas of my life: family, fitness, finances, friends, fun and freedom.
In each area of my life, did I do those things that are easy to do, and easy not to do? Did I continue my momentum on the success curve?
